Coated inside and out with Xylan Plus coating from the Whitford Corporation, the nonstick carbon steel is ideal for high heat, high speed cooking, offers excellent food release properties, resists abrasions, and is dishwasher safe. The 4-piece wok set includes the 12 �" Nonstick Carbon Steel Wok, a tempered see-through glass lid with steam vent, a stainless steel tempura rack, and a wooden slotted turner.
